For an existing-account question about payments, statements, insurance, payoff or an account update, contact Customer Care. State your country, the type of account and the issue you need help with. Include any payment, closing or notice deadline, and ask how to submit account information securely.

For general or new-financing enquiries, call 1-877-864-5272 or email info@ijaracdc.com. The Contact Ijara page lists separate routes for US enquiries, Canada enquiries, business and nonprofit enquiries, and Customer Care. Choose the route that matches your request.

Can I visit an office? Ijara has a corporate mailing address in Canada, and the main office is in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Contact the team to arrange a visit or confirm where to send correspondence; a mailing address does not confirm walk-in availability.

For the US team, usual working days are weekdays, with closures for weekends, holidays and Eid. Confirm current opening hours, the timezone and any appointment, particularly around a holiday.
