Applies to: United States.
Contact Customer Care to request copies of the executed documents for your US account or to flag a correction. If you need the complete set, ask for the signed trust agreement and any later amendments, appointments or related agreements held on your file. Public sample documents do not show what was signed for your transaction.
For a correction, identify the document and explain the wording or detail you believe needs review. Ask how to provide the relevant pages securely.
For a beneficiary, successor, trustee or title change, describe the outcome you want. These can involve different documents and legal effects. The team needs to review the actual file before confirming what can be changed; a beneficiary request does not by itself confirm a change to the deed. Discuss inheritance, guardianship or estate-planning effects with your legal adviser.
Before returning any updated document, confirm who must sign, whether notarization or original documents are required, and the approved return method. Then obtain confirmation that the completed documents were received and what update has taken effect.
