Applies to: United States.
Follow the signing, notarization and return instructions supplied with your US home closing or conversion package. After sending it, confirm that the complete package was received and, separately, when your payment arrangement starts.
Have I returned everything needed?
You may receive trust documents and a separate closing package containing the lease, purchase and payment documents. Returning the Trust and Certificate of Trust alone may leave other required documents outstanding.
Check that all requested pages are included, signatures are complete and any required notarization has been done. Where your instructions require originals, return the originals; an emailed scan does not replace them. Confirm the return method with your processing team if anything is unclear.
For a new home-financing closing, the team may need the Final Closing Disclosure and First Payment Letter to prepare the remaining package. If you are waiting, ask which inputs are still needed from your closing or financing team. An existing-loan conversion may have a different checklist.
Does receipt mean automatic payments have started?
No. Document receipt and payment-account setup are separate steps. The payment team may still need a completed payment authorization or supporting account document.
Before relying on automatic collection, obtain confirmation of the first collection date, the amount and the payment it will cover. Use the submission instructions verified for your account to provide any required bank documents. If a payment is due before setup is confirmed, contact Customer Care promptly for the instructions that apply to your account.
Auto conversion has a different document checklist; confirm that checklist with the conversion team.
