Ijara CDC provides services in all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces. This includes enquiries about investment properties in New Jersey and new home purchases in Ontario.

The financing options available for a particular application still depend on the product, property and participating investor. Service in your location does not mean every program is available for every property or applicant.

Ijara CDC provides the Islamic transaction structure. Participating investors originate the financing; our service coverage should not be read as a statement that Ijara CDC originates loans or holds lender licences in every jurisdiction.
